When he kissed and said goodbye to his family, going out on a business trip, little did Jimmy know that his life was about to change. But destiny had something else in mind for the passengers of flight 218 and Jimmy. After a motor exploded, the plane crashes near Lake Ouachita. Jimmy manages to survive and wakes up amid the remaining of the airplane. Lost in an unknown remote region, he wants to get back to his family. While trying to get back to civilization, Jimmy meets other survivors, and together, they meet weird men, all dressed in black suit, saying they were there to help them. Soon enough, all hell breaks loose, and they have to flee from them. While trying to make his way back home, Jimmy will make new friends, new allies and new adversaries. He will face situations that will test his will, his determination, his core values and his strengths and weaknesses. Is he strong enough to survive? What would you do if you were in Jimmy's shoes? This book is written in present tense, allowing you to witness the action as it unfolds in front of you. Marco Gauthier is a Canadian author, living in a small town in the Eastern Township. Father of 2, a daughter and a son. He has worked as a retail business owner most of his life while being a musician and a songwriter in his spare time. He has been writing music and lyrics for the last 30 years, always keeping his mind into a creative mode. This experience makes his writing dynamic, fresh, rhythmic and moving. His narrative style is 'at this very moment', as he writes into present tense, so you live the action as it unfolds before your eyes.
