Description

This is the book I needed when I first lost my son. My purpose is to assist other bereaved parents, grandparents and siblings as they traverse their devastating grief. I include the frightening roller coaster of emotions, the unpredictable and overwhelming stages of grief, the impact on family dynamics, dealing with guilt, as well as techniques for healing. The ramifications surrounding the difficult circumstance of suicide are also discussed.

Let me show you how to rise above the intense grief while still holding on to the love and precious memories of your child. It is possible to achieve peace, acceptance, and even joy as you gradually move forward with your life. Forever changed, but still you. Although everyone grieves differently, this book includes many practical suggestions for handling numerous life issues.

Included is a section explaining and demystifying "signs" or after-death communications. I provide many personal examples that have given me tremendous solace and hope. How to ask for, and recognize, signs from your child is explained.
